Yoga is a philosophy derived from Eastern culture. It has been practiced for at least 5000 years and
codified 2,000 years ago in the classic work “Yogasutra” by Patanjali. Yoga bases its
action in several important spheres, in ethical and moral living, exercise of the body, control of
breathing, restraint of the senses, concentration and meditation. This is why its action is so
comprehensive. By performing asanas in concentration, one builds self-awareness of the body,
breath and peace of mind.
In our club, we have divided these classes into Yoga for beginners and Yoga for intermediate.

yoga for beginners

At Yoga for Beginners, we gradually introduce asanas, or yoga positions, taking into account the
each person's individual abilities. Using aids such as blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters we take
care of the correctness and safety of the positions performed.

Yoga for intermediate

Yoga for intermediate is recommended for people with at least six months of regular practice yoga

Aerial yoga

Aerial Yoga is a class in which, using a sling suspended from the ceiling, you perform asanas from
yoga and elements of acrobatics. It also draws inspiration from Pilates and dance.

Pilates is an exercise system invented in the early 20th century by German Josef Pilates. Pilates is a combination of yoga, ballet and isometric exercises. The program strengthens the muscles of the
central rim i.e. abdomen, back, hips, improves coordination, increases joint

Pilates on hammocks

Pilates on hammocks are Pilates exercises performed using a sling suspended from the ceiling.
Their advantage is to exercise balance while relieving stress on the spine.

Stretching

Stretching is a necessary and effective body work mainly focused on stretching. It is recommended for almost everyone, since most of us have disharmony in the functioning of muscle groups, making
us more prone to injury and overload. At my classes I try to balance the movement of stretching with gentle strengthening, using my knowledge of various body work techniques such as Pilates,
Zoga Movement, Yoga and others.
